One Account Rule

If 888starz identifies that a player has created multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals held, and winnings from bonus funds forfeited.

Account Security

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by 888starz within 24 hours of submission on business days. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically delivered to your wallet within minutes of processing. IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit to your 888starz account, or that have been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. 888starz does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

Sports Betting Rules

888starz offers sports betting across cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, esports, and 30+ other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed through the 888starz sportsbook.

Bet Acceptance

All bets on 888starz are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation being issued, the bet is void and the stake returned. 888starz reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without explanation.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as confirmed by the recognised governing body — for cricket, this includes the ICC, PCB, and relevant franchise cricket authorities. If a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying play has occurred, affected bets are voided and stakes returned. The definition of "minimum qualifying play" varies by sport and market, and is detailed in the sport-specific rules available in the 888starz Help section.

Maximum Winnings

888starz applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed on relevant markets and are subject to change. Where a bet is settled above the applicable payout limit, the payout will be capped at the limit and the remainder voided.

Errors in Odds

If 888starz publishes obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure, 888starz reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds or to re-settle bets at the correct price. "Obviously incorrect" means odds that are demonstrably inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of the error.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting on 888starz is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting plus the additional condition that all in-play bets are accepted at the displayed price at the time of confirmation. Delays in internet connection are the responsibility of the player and may result in bets being accepted at a different price than intended.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to your 888starz account separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction on 888starz — including server disconnections, display errors, or interrupted rounds — bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to your account. No claims for expected winnings from a malfunction will be accepted.

Responsible Gaming

888starz is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Pakistani players. We recognise that for most people, betting is a form of entertainment. Fraud, Collusion & Prohibited Conduct

888starz operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, and any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithms to place bets without manual input
• Colluding with other players to influence game or match outcomes

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods

888starz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if: you breach any of these Terms; we have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; regulatory requirements compel us to do so; or continued operation of your account would present a risk to other players or the platform. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with our regulatory obligations.

Disputes & Complaints

Amendments to These Terms

888starz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law
